Following our initial consultation, my design services are billed at $85 per hour. Based on your project's scope and requirements, I'll provide an estimate of the anticipated design hours and associated fees so you can plan your investment with confidence.

Once your design proposal is approved, your contract is signed, and your retainer is paid, your project officially begins!

We're getting closer to your vision! During the second round of revisions, we'll review the updated design and make any final refinements within the agreed scope of work. This is your opportunity to fine-tune the details, confirm your selections, and ensure everything comes together as planned before we finalize your design documentation and prepare for the next stage of your project.

With your revisions complete and selections finalized, your design is ready to move into the next phase. I'll prepare the final design documentation, including the relevant floor plans, specifications, finishes, and product selections, to provide your contractor and trades with a clear direction for executing the project. This ensures everyone is working from the same design plan, helping streamline communication, coordinate the details, and bring your vision to life.
